1. Our service
GoToVendor.com connects property professionals with commercial service companies. Requesting service is free for property professionals. Customers choose whether to hire, and vendors provide their own quotes. We do not promise multiple bids, three quotes, the lowest price, or guaranteed availability.
2. Vendor membership
Standard membership is $49.99 annually. Featured membership is $99.99 annually and adds directory highlighting and labeled featured placement. Both plans include up to three services; each additional service is $9.99 annually. Coverage applies across the vendor's stated service area. Membership renews annually, and mid-cycle changes follow disclosed proration rules, itemized before any charge. Editing a profile does not authorize a charge.
3. Verification
Verification badges confirm that specific documents were reviewed. Uploading a document does not automatically approve it. Verification does not imply a workmanship guarantee. Expired credentials update badges accordingly.
4. Leads
Purchasing a lead provides access to an opportunity, not a guaranteed job. Quote requests are shared only with the number of providers you authorize (at most three). Customer contact information and exact property addresses remain hidden until access is authorized. Duplicate purchases and charges for the same opportunity are prevented.
5. Featured Go-To Vendor placement
The Featured plan adds directory highlighting and a clearly labeled featured spot in search results, rotating fairly among equally eligible members. Featured members must hold an active membership and meet the same verification, capability, service-area, and insurance requirements as all other vendors — payment never grants or improves a verification badge, and other members still appear and receive opportunities in the same areas.
6. Referrals and payouts
Referral commission is $15 when a referred company activates a Standard membership and $25 for Featured, credited to the referrer's wallet at activation. No commission is earned when the referred company signs up through any promotional coupon or free-membership link. Self-referrals and duplicate commissions are prevented. Cash payouts require at least $100 in available referral commission. Wallet funds cannot be spent or withdrawn twice.
7. Privacy
Sensitive credential documents are kept private by default. Customer contact information is shared only with authorized providers. We do not reveal protected customer information in unpurchased lead alerts.
